1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoFlux ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

PhotoFlux grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content (photos and videos) you access, export, or share using the App
• Ensuring you have the legal right to export and share any media
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the security of your device and exported files

4. Photo Library Access

The App requires access to your photo library to function. By granting access, you acknowledge that:

• The App only accesses photos/videos you explicitly select for export
• No media is uploaded to external servers
• All processing occurs locally on your device
• You can revoke access at any time through device settings

5. Cloud Storage Integration

When using cloud storage features (Google Drive, OneDrive):

• You are responsible for your cloud storage account security
• The App uses iOS system integrations and does not store your credentials
• Exported files are subject to your cloud provider's terms of service
• We are not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access to your cloud storage

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the App will meet your requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, photos, videos, or files
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhotoFlux and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you export or share

9. Data Export and Backup

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original media
• Exported files may differ in quality or format from originals
• We are not responsible for data loss during export operations
• You should verify exported files before deleting originals

10. Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property rights remain the property of PhotoFlux. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the App to develop competing products

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
